Fart button PC

Hey guys was playing the game again after getting the new beta and I can't find the button to fart anywhere, do I get it later on? I can't remember but I am using a keyboard, can anyone tell me?

Holding gamespeak buttons perfoms a different action than tapping this. I think the farting was the Stay Here button alt function
