A guy trying to use this game to scam me on Discord

I'm just edging him, playing dumb etc.

What do scammers get out of playing these games with others?

Are there micro-transactions?

... That's the weird part. A *lot* of the games they use are stolen knock-offs that steal credit card information or the like... but this one is legit, so... no idea? We've been dealing with a likely scammer/spammer, too.

Official sources say that's a legitimate alternate version, though we have heard about there being scams involved with that one. (Not a lot, though)

I've had at someone add me out of nowhere and basically beg me to get this game lmao, idk if they are being paid to advertise or they're just that dedicated to the grind

I have the same thing, random on discord added me 'by accident' and wants me to play the game.

Majority of positive reviews are made by those accounts, just saying... if Valve would do what they are suppose to be doing, curating, this game wouldn't make it past 20%. Then again, Valve has interesting relationship with their Chines overlords as we could see in the past.

This game is dying out. Definitely not working great on Steam. Barely able to logon to the game through Steam anymore and stuck at 5% at Gate of Truth. Just a few whale servers left out of hundred of servers. Move on. Not worth it.

don't forget, if the dev is doing something against the terms of service, the game page has a report button to report the whole dang game. i just got hit up by some bots or perhaps people using the exact same script as everyone keeps reporting

I'm getting one of these messages, too. I looked up the game and one of the autofill options was scam, so I decided to just say it isn't my kind of game. This is weird

this happened to me recently just now, the scammer in question dm me through the dark souls 3 server and thought I was playing IK for some reason. the person said to be from hong kong, and wants me to download the game. I was only 10 percent of the way and already the person was getting already impatient with me to play with me while I was cooking. I think the person made that error on purpose


I blocked person on discord and hopely never to return. I need more info, does the game have mirco transactions/
