It automatically defaults to gtarcade. In Android you have alternate ways of loggin in. How do we access this screen through Steam?

dont bother trying on steam just download the gt arcade app for PC from thier website and log in with your mobile account , download the game from there and enjoy you welcome

Ive got two gtarcade account for infinity kingdom with different email, i logged in using the wrong account, no i wanted to logout and re-login using another account, but i cant seems to find the option to do that.

There's no way to switch accounts in the Steam client. If you logged in with the wrong account, just use the gtarcade client as Prates suggested.
