I haven't really dealt with it much so maybe it's a problem later, but kind of seems like just not being in a fire is enough.
My apologies. Completely missed your screenshot. Hrmm.
I definitely haven't got to this part, and that looks like quite a bit of fire. I'm not sure what other options you really have. I was thinking maybe quick step could help but I think you still eat all the fire damage for each tile you pass.
Feels like there must be some other way to deal with this other than walk straight through, but I haven't seen this so I'm not sure if there is a more obvious answer.
I had around 260 health, level 35. I use two hand build.
There'a skill called jousting dash, it allows you to move several spaces forward as if you only moved once.
I used the nanoheal before I start, used adrenaline rush to get charges, use jousting dash at the appropriate time and just walk all the way to the end.
I also wore the fire resistant armor and used a belt with fire resist gems. I popped health kits along the way but sometimes its better to just keep moving.
After I got to the end, I had to stop and wait off the burn. It was a close call but I did it and back.
Movement skills are a huge help.
70 to 80%. Hah... I got to 97% in no time and fried in seconds. 80% is for wimps. Try harder. I wasn't even in this area. I think I was on 5 or 6 and it's a much shorter path and I still managed to fail harder than you.
I got through some of the acid areas with a massive investment in first aid stuff and found preciously nothing. Not a plant, not an ore node, not a secret, nothing. I tried the fire thing once, failed, reloaded and me and my singed a$$ simply left.
Is there something special in this bit? It looks promising but so did some of the acid spots but nope.
there are few places like this actually ... sorry spoiler ... so you must always ready
and I only reached Fire resistance to 80% after all modules and fire coat ... I have reached the safe spot, but the burn STATUS kill me instantly ... -90% to health regen make all healing useless
The flame debuff is quite literally the -only- debuff that ever decays. There's no way to douse the flames actively (even with an inventory full of water bottles). It's like ~2% decrease per turn.
I never really got past 50% on the debuff, but it's important to note there are breaks in almost all of these fire paths where you can sit and idle for a minute and wait for the debuff to clear back down to 0% before making the next trip.
Remember that the debuff icon will only show when you're at 25-30%, so if you step back into the fire the exact moment it's gone, you're already going to have the flame debuff again.
It's also important to abuse diagonals (which move you 2 tiles in 1 turn) as much as you can. It takes a bit of practice, and also you can use the Tab key to open a small UI that tells you when you can diagonal instead of when you can up/over.
All this stuff is also applicable to acid (acid coat, acid "spray" accessory, modules), but you have to use an acid neutralizer to remove the debuff, which actually makes it easier.
All this stuff is -also- applicable to poison, but - there is no poison coat or poison accessory. There is, however, a tier2 poison cure, as well as centipede juice which gives you a small resist buff.
These "Gauges" ALWAYS raise 4% per turn even if you have 999 resistance.
note: 999 resistance is a kind of joke. we cannot gain such a huge numbers.
There IS actually a poison resist accessory. A +50 poison resist gas mask at the end of the correct route of the (first?) acid path you find. Level 3 or 4 mines, I forget.
