Where is Jacob's ID Tag?

Someone knows where Jacob's ID Tag is

It's on B01 East A, southwest part of the map. It's a bend in the walkable area that leads to a round spot.
Had a hard time finding it, because that area was empty for me, then after one of the patches, the corpse pile spawned in there.
