How can I get to B2 and more?

The main elevator is stuck at B1 and I cannot find the clue for the way to B2. Is there any hint or something?

This pissed me off for a good while, there's a engineer in a yellow outfit that has a keycard in his hand. Its at the very end of the path.

Go left from the b1 elevator and go in a counterclockwise direction till you find it. You gotta go through the middle part of the map, and to the upper right corner.

If you are finding a keycard it can be a bug that it do not show up the first time you get to where it spawn, I waste half an hour finding the keycard and find it after I re-enter the map again

I've tried to find the keycard at the B1(Residence area A and B) again and again(re-entered 10 times) but cannot find it. Is it a bug?
I've reached the east area mine A~C(where you can find copper veins and iron veins), but still cannot find the B2 keycard.

I am in the same boat, Mistburn. I've been all over those mines that branch of from B1. No keycard to be found anywhere.

Finally, I've activated the elevator to B2.

1. Find 'B2 Narrow pit' at B1 East Area: Mine. You can find the ladder down near the power relay.
2. At Narrow pit, go to the west. It leads to 'B2 Central Area: Mine A.'
3. Keep going straight to the left, you'll arrive at 'B2 Central Area: Old Leisure.'
4. There is a 'Swimming pool(looks dark)' at 7 o'clock. Find the ladder down.
5. At the swimming pool, you'll encounter 'Constrictor'.
6. This mid-boss hit like a truck, so be prepared. It will pull you right in front of it with his tongue and stun you. It's powerful and causes nano-pollution and bleeding.
7. Once you deal with the monster, you can find the 'Keycard: B2 Power Relay.'
8. B2 Power Relay is right above the pool. Get inside.
9. You will need a fuse, which can be found in the box on the right side of the power relay.
10. Now turn on the power relay. B2 Elevator is activated.
