I don't believe that for a second. On wishlist since January 23/2022. TO THE DEV-- good bye, good luck, removing from wishlist. The last post of romaine is july 2023. I don't care if the game is good, still not buying it and never looking back. Read and do not reply, lol.

There are people who really have nothing else to do than come to the forum of a game that hasn't even been released to just be negative and toxic... Well... It's quite sad honestly

You must really have a problem to come so often to the forum of an unreleased game just to constantly denigrate him and the developer...
If it's released too early, you Can remove it from your wishlist and move on, nothing obliges you to stay there and wait for the game. But obviously for some it's a pastime.
Internet drives some people crazy

If you gave money and you think you've been cheated, try to get it refunded by some means, I don't know.
But coming to the forum just to be systematically negative is a really strange concept.

I just clicked on the "release date" topic and read for 30 seconds to come across this message, so it didn't take me too long

The implication is I imagine that Romain (the developer) is not a good developer.

But anyway, I'm not going to waste any more time after that, I just find it strange to take the time regularly to come to the forum of an unreleased game made by a single (or almost) developer to constantly be negative, to say that the game should not have been released so early on Steam, that it is perhaps a scam, that it does not give enough information on Steam and therefore it is doing it wrong, blah blah blah.
A wishlist is made to keep an eye on upcoming games, if you find the wait too long, nothing stops you from removing it from your list. If you think the dev is doing it wrong or you think it's a scam or that he's ripping people off, you're free to ignore it and just move on.

People like you and me have the right to express themselves and have fears, Romain may have underestimated the development time the game would take, perhaps he was more ambitious than expected during development, maybe it encountered more problems than expected, I don't know, I admit that I don't search too much on the networks, I just know that the game is not abandoned, I still have it in my wishlist , I didn't support the developer financially so I have nothing to ask him, he does what he wants.
Now there are ways to express doubts. And without being really insulting, I find that the kind of messages like yours are in a certain way quite toxic. It's always negative, with a mocking tone, or quite condescending, smug, that's all.

I understand that we can have doubts about a game (like the day before...), but I have the impression that you don't have all the perspective and informations necessary to understand the development of the game, I believe that there is in particular the discord which is more active.

Also, please do not buy it. I know you say you won't, but you're most likely just another loud mouthed ♥♥♥♥ talker. Steam runs rampant with them. You're no different, and you're certainly not special. But I implore you. PLEASE do not buy this game. You don't deserve it, and they don't deserve the aggravation.
