Key Bugged?

While playing in Higgins High School with 7/10 papers and 4 keys, I cannot find the last key named Cafeteria. I literally searched every godd**n place but no I couldn't find it. I checked every room even the toilets and gym. Is there a possibility that the Cafeteria key spawned inside the Cafeteria? And that's why I can't find it cuz I cannot get inside. Please help.

check the floors as well! We were stuck forever and found the last key on the floor outside a room

He may say whatever the Developer wants, but the item placement IS bugged. I had a key spawn INSIDE a toilet stall and I was unable to get it because those doors CANNOT be opened. I replicated it by dropping a key inside the bathroom and it fell INSIDE the toilet stall again. Effectively halting game progress.

Someone must have dropped the key in there then. Dropping keys is kinda wonky right now. Initial item spawns all work properly though.
