Found 9/10 pages multiple times but can't find last one

If played in like 5 games now and I have found 9/10 pages every time but can't seem to find the last after hours of searching. Pls help :)

Ive heard that the last one spawns after the ninth book is found and it takes awhile to spawn so that could be it

everything spawns at the same time, you just need to see everywere

The last page only spawns once you find the first 9. The swimming hall map is bugged and it only spawns half of the time.

Because there are so many reports of this issue, I began to test this very, very thoroughly together with top speedrunners(who won over 600 matches already). We never had an issue finishing a game(so far). Sometimes the collectables just spawn a bit more hidden.

As I want people to have fun playing the game, I am currently looking into solutions to fix the issue, so soon there will be no more unfair item spawns on normal difficulty. :)

Are there unusual spots reserved for the final page? Am I wrong that pages always spawn on tables and desks?

They spawn on the toilets and in showers of the locker rooms

Chairs, Toilets, Counters, Showers, etc. Literally almost everywhere.

I had trouble on the Higgins High School, found 9/10 then ran around the map what felt like 5 times looking for it, with 2 other people with me, we eventually gave up but im pretty sure i checked every single room. Also been hearing that the last page spawns after the 9th one is found, is this true? or do all of them spawn at the same time? or do they all spawn one at a time?

The swimming hall has a bug yes but I found the last page if you go to the swimming pool go to the toilets on one of the seats it there but it half White in colour so it blend in to the toilet seat very easily missed
