We looked at both games, but I have to say you are pretty much comparing apples and oranges. ;)
The style is completely different. Afaik there is no soft-body physics, free Hottie movement by recorded animations, no realistic lighting/shaders etc. And the same goes for the effects you mentioned. It's just so much easier implementing "sweat" if it doesn't have to look realistically. There's already adjustable skin wetness and ♥♥♥. And (at least in my opinion) both look WAY better than the examples you linked.
Re the Hottie movements: We want to keep them as free as possible. There will be changes to the interaction system in the next couple of months, but we are not trying to find simple and quick solutions, but the best. And those take longer.
Thanks again!
Take care
VR HOT
P.S.: The fellation feature is definitely on the list already ;)
