On the right hand controller is a thumb-stick and 3 buttons. Top button is "B", middle button is "A" and the bottom recessed button is marked with the "Oculus" symbol.
The left controller has "X" & "Y" buttons plus a 3rd with the "list" symbol.

As I understand it, "trackers" are separate units that can fit on a belt or shoes to provide more motion control of the "Player". There are also wall mounted units that also enhance the process.
I have Quest 2, so I'm just guessing by what I've read.
Without this feature i see no future for this game, so I hope this is on theier priority list.
We will change many things in controller bindings and UI in general over the course of the next couple of updates.
