its really confusing some people say there is nothing to do but watching sex scenes other people say there is a lot of fun to do so what is the gameplay actually? are there any choices? if so do the choices have any consequences? like do the choices matter? are there multiple endings? am not gonna buy this game if i dont know what i can do by playing it?

There are very few choices. And when there are choices to be made it's more like yes or no questions. I have not finished the game but looking at the achivments it looks like there are no multiple endings.

But if you are ok with a linear story it's a good story to experience. But if you are looking for a VN game with more options I can recomend Sisterly Lust, Fetish Finder or Man of the House. But it's not like there are allot of good erotic VN games out there that is not Manga. If you find more then 10 here on Steam you probably bought all the good games already.

At the start, the game has some gameplay elements, like you can chose which location to go to, there are some multiple choice questions, and even one quicktime event. But at some point, the game becomes a visual novel without any choices, as if the developers changed their mind during development on what this game was supposed to be.
