Can't wait for book Three.

In the mean time Im wondering if anyone can Recommend any AVN or even VN like this. When I was growing up I always liked the games where you have to plot out your day, build your character and it affects the story. As much as Being a ♥♥♥ and Leap of Faith are amazing games, they always felt very limited and linear. This game reminded me of better days and Im wondering if anyone knows any other titles like this?

For wholesome romance, I'd check out Price of Power (https://store.steampowered.com/app/1770210/Price_of_Power/). Pandaman's a good friend, and he even made some of the sex scenes for LoM (the Chosen 4sum in Book 1, and Emily's replayable in Book 2).

For sandboxy games in the LoM style... best games (they're not porn, but they do get romantic) would be going back to *my* inspiration, Persona 4 and 5:

Persona 4 Golden, especially, was one of the original inspirations for Love of Magic; from the relentless forward momentum, the slice of life side quests, getting closer to your friends, and the "below it all" replayable dungeon. Totally recommended.

Price Of Power is indeed a good one.

I thought I was picking up similar vibes to LoM along the way and even wondered if there was some connection between them.

I haven't actually played 3 (shame!). 5 is amazing, but I still think 4 Golden is my favorite; it's innocent and happy, yet deeply psychological. I also love the main cast of it more; might just be because it was my first Persona :D

Treasure of Nadia might be worth checking out. The 'A' parts of the AVN are less romantic in nature compared to Love of Magic but the game overall is well done and there's plenty of RPG aspects to grind.
