Can't get to 4th floor

I'm trying to find out where Kerstin Hemker (or whatever the name was) is being held, but to do that I need to talk to Muller. I dont have access to 4th floor, Muller refuses to speak to me outside of office, cannot phone him. I don't get any prompts for other quests either, even though I've kept the game running. What is up?

You'll have to get the promotion to get proper access to floor 4, to be able to speak to Muller in his office. So, put this quest on hold until then.

That quest is a side mission that you can't complete until you get an office on the 3rd floor. You have to specifically talk to Mueller in his office about it.

As for not getting any other quests, do you have any active besides that one? If not, you probably ran into some sort of bug as you should have other stuff going on besides just that quest (unless you're missing the phone ringing or something)

Cannot find any quest for the life of me, must be a bug. I tried rolling back to a previous save but the bug appears again - will have to restart.

I had to restart once already because Gunzel got stuck in the house with police out front.

Now I have hit the same bug as you I guess? I have no other quests besides this find Kerstin one. If I let the timer just tick (no phone ringing) then eventually it says "you lost too much rep" and fails me though I have 13k rep.

I hate the thought of starting over yet again.

Hello, sorry for the inconvenience, we're happy to say that this issue has been fixed in the patch 1.0.6, please make sure you have the latest version of the game and try again (just continue the game and wait a few in-game hours)
