"No Country for young women" bug

I was playing this questline, got the information about the "suspicious gynecologists" and passed it to Julia. Even had the information about her getting an abortion, but 12 hours later an icon pops up on Julia and when approaching her she reacts as if i haven't given her the contact and says she's having the baby.

Is it a common bug and is there a way to avoid it?
