intel cpu and nvdia gpu, it " runs fine "
if by fine, you eman a constant jittering of characters and in game objects as you move left and right.
its fine other than that - even up to 144 fps. which is neat. and 4k. but weird jittering regardless of settings.

Exact same issue as other AMD users. Ah well that'll be a refund unfortunately.
