HOW DO I MAP AND USE A PS4 CONTROLLER?

I really need help using my ps4 controller on abes oddysee i find it hard to map the buttons in game.. can anyone help?

I play the game using a joystick (ps2) and there is my buttons (I think) :

Triangle - - - A
Circle - - - - - B
X - - - - - - - - - C
Square - - - - D

L1 - - - - - - - - H
R1 - - - - - - - - F

I mean, when you put a controller's button, it's appear like a letter. I don't know why, maybe it only happen to me. I hope you can understand what I'm saying, bye.
