*Spoilers* A likely bug, and some feedback

I've managed to get the Schoolhouse once on day 10, and I haven't seen it since (day 30 at the moment). What am I supposed to do? I need the thing in it, but it's simply not appearing anymore. I've gotten all other rooms at the West Gate multiple times.
Also, some general feedback. For a game that is supposed to be a roguelite, there's a lot of time wasting animations between runs and in general. These long fade in/out animations at the end of each run, the pointless camera transition with the day number, the screen with the house configuration from the previous run, the giant cogs/wheels in basement turning very slowly, the long foundation elevator animation - all these things waste time and there's no option to skip them.
Please add an option to speed up or skip all these things, the game can tedious and punishing enough without these annoyances.
