got 20 dead ends but no trophy- burned a lot of stars in the process- all i can think of is either the outer room doesn’t count as a dead end or the secret passage stops counting as a dead end once you open it?

I assume outer rooms do not count. You can check how many dead-end you had in your run in house history

Don't know if this will help but, maybe the Trophy are just on their way? There is this very fine print that might mention when and where the Trophy arrived.

Else it might just be like your initial thought... Outdoor does not count.

Just did a run with a total of 22 dead-end rooms:

That includes the outer room, and the bunk room that counts twice, but no matter how you cut it it's still 20 dead-end rooms at least.

...I have no idea where the trophy is supposed to be...

I expected it to be in the entrance on the next day like the exam trophy for example. But no dice.

outer room should count as dead-end room btw, as well as every room where their outer layer (color part) only has one opening, which includes rooms like secret passage (no book pull) , chamber of mirror (draft next to 3 walls with no opening) and pre-destroyed greenhouse .

Another note is that bunk room seems to count as 2 dead end room since it is considered 2 bedroom

I had a hard time counting the number of dead end room for this and they seem to be consistent with the screenshot above and the runs I had myself.

In the back of Volume 1 Architects guide in the library there is a full page advert for the trophy as a competition and says how it is a "mail in sweepstake". If you read the fine print it mentions the Mail Room specifically.

Thankfully I found someone who took a screenshot of it so I don't have to go do it myself.
