Puzzle seems impossible?

I have been staring at these 8 stupid clocks for what feels like over an hour. I am pretty sure the red notes are lies except for the handwritten one based on other things I've found around the house. I just cannot figure this out. It seems like no matter what I do there's one condition I can't meet. If anyone has any insight into what I'm missing/doing wrong here I'd really appreciate it.

I'm not sure what you didn't get, but I was also confused with my not working solution, until I realized red memo said different numbers, as I was using 6:07 for that clock

I'm actually even dumber than you think, I only just realized that the middle number can be 0. I'm dumb, and thanks dude.
