Time limit?

I asked this during the demo of the game but I wanted to ask again- Is there a 30 day time limit to complete a run to room 46 of the mansion? If yes, is that the primary roguelike loop, meaning you're not expected to get it finished by then first time? (perhaps with persistent upgrades to ensure you'll be able to finish a run properly- or at least faster. Not sure why I spoilered this but just wanted to cover my bases.
