Room 46 didn't appear (slight spoiler warning)

I got to the lever to open Room 46. I go back to the Antechamber to finally enter Room 46. Get there, open the door (no cut scene), and nothing, no room. I could just walk around outside. I could just walk through anything outside. Hell, I saw a blueprint outside on a hill (it looked like). Walls into the Manor were all transparent on the outside, and if I walked back in through the outside wall, I would then be in the room and everything would work like it's supposed to. Does anyone know anything about what I did to have this happen?

Same thing here, ruined my run and will probably take hours for me to get it again :( For me it happened after I pulled the underground lever 3 times, opening, closing, and then reopening room 46. Not sure if that's related.

weird, glad i didn't run into that bug. sounds like it failed to play the ending cutscene. you don't actually get to go into the room the first time you get there, it just has a cutscene and credits. the second time you go there you actually get to walk into the room like normal

so presumably it doesn't spawn the room the first time cause you're supposed to end the game as the door opens
