bugs I've encountered

Well the Billiard room puzzle isn't difficult, i've done it all. but suddenly the blue pink yellow is adding up to 100.... and the answer was 16, following that was blue pink yellow again adding up to a negative number.... answer was ten. I have some screen shots but for the last one BLUE- 3, PINK - 10, YELLOW - 20. tell me what you guys get for that.
also, i'm playing on gamepass so I'm sure mines worse than steam somehow.
last bug and the one that makes me the angriest I finally got to the basement using the in house route aka through the foundation elevator and while moving one of the carts i clipped through the floor and fell and it ended my run, i had tons of steps, keys, gems, money and it all just vanished in an eye blink. at least there was a funny pun that went with it.

The case with BLUE- 3, PINK - 10, YELLOW - 20 has a logical explanation. I also thought it was a bug, but figured out it's ok

I got the exact same one, and I think I figured out that the order of the signs changed, so 3 * 10 - 20 = 10 . But how am I supposed to know that? I don't see any indication that I should do anything different from the usual.

Edit: Never mind, I figured it out. The colors change order. I thought one "ring" always had the same color, but no. The colors specify sign, and the rings specify order, they just happen to be in the same order in the beginning.
