I got Physcially stuck in Spoiler area

Generic help?
I got stuck between some geometry and I'm hoping someone has a movement technique to help me jiggle our or something. I'm guessing I can get out by "calling it a day" but I don't want to loose the resources and stuff I have if I can help it. I'm going into more specifics in the spoilers below

I just got to the basement underground from the outside and was doing the box puzzle I found there, and when I tried to go over the first one I hadn't lined it up properly and got stuck between the movable box and the stationary ones. I tried grabbing the movable one but it can only be grabed from behind the handle.

Ran into exactly the same issue in the same room... it was my best run yet too I'm pretty pissed.

Can confirm that I got stuck too, I had to restart the day, which was especially heartbreaking considering it was my first visit to that room.

Same here, first time in the room slipped off the raised area after pushing a button, landed between a pillar and boxes stuck forever

Just posted about the same issue. Was stuck staring at the door I'd just opened, with more resources than I had ever had, and could only call it a day. Soured me against playing more tbh

This happened to me. I was about to "Call it a day" and managed to slip out. I'm not sure the exact steps to reproduce getting unstuck, but I basically tried walking diagonally (backwards) and looked around until I started moving slightly. Keep walking diagonally in that direction and then you'll rubber band out. Good luck!

Agreed: absolutely devastating. Just happened to me as well. It was the first time I ever managed to unlock the basement, and I didn't even get to see what was at the end. T_T It happened as I was trying to move across one of the crate bridges I'd made for myself. Fell down and got stuck between some boxes. It took me so long to get to this point too...

Update: less devastating than it first seems. As it turns out, once you've managed to unlock the basement, it stays unlocked in further loops, which helps a lot. Doesn't quite make up for the problem, as I was missing some vital items on subsequent loops, but still. (BTW, if any devs read this: I did take screenshots of where I got stuck and would be happy to share them if it's useful.)

Happened to me, too. Not a big deal, though; yes, calling it a day gets you out, the basement stays open, and having made it to the antechamber once, you'll probably find it easier to do a second time .

This just happened to me. No amount of wiggling around is freeing me. What really sucks is I have an upgrade disk, the money for another one at the commissary, have the boiler room open to power the laboratory puzzle, 32 steps left, found the secret garden for the first time, all in all my absolute best run ever other than not getting a coat check to retrieve my keycard. I really don't want to Call it a Day ><

Same thing just happend to me too in the same room! Just got to that room for the first time as well :( was so excited only to get stuck. Really hope they add an unstuck button that respawns you at the door or something.

Same for me. Was hoping to find some trick but it sounds like you are just screwed when this happens
