Trying to determine the date Herbert S. Sinclair died

The subject pretty much says it all.

Why I want to know:
There’s a letter from Herbert S. Sinclair stating that one year after his death, certain items from the gallery are to be sent to the Reddington Museum. Since I know he was still alive in March 1993, that transfer hasn’t happened yet. I’d like to see if advancing the in-game date to a year after his death (once I know when that was) triggers any changes.

I don't remember it of the top of my head, but I believe the exact date was in a newspaper in the morning room. I believe it was wednesday november 3rd or 4th in the morning hours.
