Game "top layer" stopped rendering entirely

So, at one point during playing, possibly upon tabbing out at some point, suddenly half of the UI was just gone. If I "examine" like, a note or letter to try to read it, the "pop up" of it to examine just does not appear- opening a locked door, the buttons for using a key or not did not appear- hitting Tab, the rooms themselves appear on the left, but the entire blueprint BG and buttons like the Call It A Day button are just not there. Thankfully, while these things were not *rendering*, they were still *clickable*, so I was able to finish out that run (having a fun time clicking around for the right button when opening locked doors, and having a fun time trying to end the day at the end) - until finally, on the end of day results screen, once again the *rooms of the house* were still visible on the right, but NONE of the other end results were shown, including the exit button. Upon clicking the invisible exit button, it went to the screen that would NORMALLY have `Save+Continue`/`Save+Quit`. Instead, this screen was entirely black- except for the mouse cursor, which, when moving around, left echoes everywhere it moved like solitare on windows XP.

Seems like a nasty bug, hope it's not too difficult to fix. Thankfully it didn't persist through a relaunch.

I'm having the same issue, and it's recurring every 30 minutes or so. I noticed going in Windows display settings and changing the display resolution back and forth temporarily fixes the issue, such that I can continue with the run. I suppose that forces a re-render?

Would be awesome if it's fixed somehow, it's very off-putting..
