The RNG honestly destroys my drive to keep going.
Ive now gotten to the Antechamber three times with what I need only to have the last room block me. The last attempt I even rerolled 5 times with gems and every combo blocked it.

In the meantime I see others post they got to it day 3.

This is honestly feels needlessly punishing.

I have 3-4 different combinations I know I need to get, but have been unable to produce just because the dice rolls havent fallen into place. It becomes less a puzzle game at that point and more a gambling game. Which is so disappointing when the other puzzles have had me enthralled.

I am now on 7 runs with correct antechamber door being open and being 1 room away, but blocked off.
At least for now i'm not too i[set by the RNG because even if getting to Room 46 is impossible i'm still exploring new rooms, finding new combinations and upgrades and little by little i'm making future runs easier

That said, I know that's going to get more and more annoying later.
I'd love to see something like a switch that would let you turn off the RNG and you get the same room option every time based on the rooms you've already placed and you could repeat the same route again if you wanted to

Yeah, I'm overall really enjoying the game and discovering the backstory and secrets. Those are the parts that keep me going. I do think the rng could be tweaked a bit to avoid frustration. Some actions require that SO many things occur in just the right way that it feels punishing to me. Even just a slight change, such as having certain levers remain pulled, or having certain terminal settings not reset I think could be a tipping point between frustration and enjoyment. Maybe there could be a mode for that option for players who want it.
