Baron's Baffler

Okay I just found the Baron's Baffler. I don't even know where the sixth solution is used yet, but I just know I'm not going to be able to figure out the words from the clues. Unfortunately the puzzle itself doesn't offer any verification to whether you're on the right track.

Is there anything to help with this later? If not then does anyone have hints.

I don't think there are any outside clues. I think word #3 or #4 are probably the easiest (I started with #4). I also used word finder sites to help, although that only works once you have a (full or grey) word. I don't know yet where you are supposed to put it.

There is at least one later puzzle that will reference back to the Baffler.

I'd suggest just googling the answers. I did, and my reaction was "Even if I'd managed to think of that answer from that clue, I would have thought it was wrong."
