I'm afraid that could be the cause of the problem? Been hearing a lot lately that the new drivers are terrible on the 4xxx and 5xxx series.

Playing it on Gamepass, without such an issue.
I know that does not help!
Try to roll back a driver version, to test if that helps ?

Very strange. Getting 38% @ 60 fps on my 4080 with latest drivers.

Drivers updated could be the problem. Been hearing reports of busted drivers for anything other than last Dec for non 5x series gpus
