And for the in-game puzzles, too...once you've found the hint how to solve the dart puzzle. for example, solving it becomes trivial in the next runs.
-For the purposes of the demo (where the player only has 4 days) I personally enjoy the passwords being the same; the guaranteed day 1 unlock is nice (unlike the other outdoor area which despite knowing still needs to be worked for). If it's the same in the full release, I imagine it might be tiring to find the item+room combos needed to unlock the passwords every time. And unlocking both outdoor areas would likely become my Day 1 routine every game, possibly restarting if I failed (with only 4 days).
-Maybe if the player had a longer period of time to play the game (like 20-30 in game days) I would feel that changing the passwords/codes could be more beneficial for replaying the game (or other people trying it for themselves)!
You mean the Periodic Table Puzzle in the Lab?
If you looked up a periodic table online for cross reference, you might have a different structure, thus giving you a different, incomprehensible result. That's what happened to me at first.
There a reference poster in the lab.
