Time Lock Bug

Hi! Been playing this game constantly in the demo and have gotten the Shelter. When I tried the Time Lock safe, one particular time wouldn't work even when the clock reached this time: 12:00 PM. I tried it a few time when the clock reached that time and me the same results. Anything before and after works fine like 11 AM or 1 PM. It's just when the clock strikes noon it doesn't work.
