Spoiler Question on Time

I'm on my last day of my last file for the demo, so I cannot test this question my self. I'm just going to spoiler cover the whole thing after this. Sorry if that's not normal, I've never posted on Steam Forums before.

Does the passage of time eventually cause an end of day? I can see the time moving forward on the plethora of clocks around the mansion, so if we reach a certain time like 8pm or midnight, will it automatically end the day?

No, (At least in the demo) If you wait until midnight nothing special happens, the clocks just keeps going.
