Currently on Day 62... poking about poetry and clocks.
It is generally agreed that reaching Room 46 the first time is the end of the "tutorial" or "introduction" of the game. and is at best 20% of the total content on offer. Which means there's a lot ahead of you still.
Like everybody says, though, getting to Room 46 is really just the first "main goal" of the game. In terms of puzzles and story there is a TON of content beyond that.
