First day, why the double laundry

Anyone know why did this happen? Is it a bug? This is the first day of the run. I do not have chamber of mirrors. I also have not found copy of a laundry blueprint.

Looks very strange. I never saw the same room twice in one draw. Even if you had the Chamber of Mirrors, this should only add plans that were already drafted before.
