Quit yelling at people.
I used the repellent spray and it worked just fine.
Go submit a ticket and WAIT for them to get back to you.
I think the important part here is to switch to a different language setting for your keyboard in the Windows settings. You probably also see "İ" with a different font in-game instead of upper case "I" as well.
Before I could use the repellant I've tried many keyboard options such as switching from "English (United States) - Turkish Q" to "English (United Kingdom) - Turkish Q" The problem was the "Turkish Q" keyboard layout part. You need to switch to another language's keyboard layout. What worked for me was "English (United Kingdom) - German" but "German - German" layout would probably work as well.

Don't forget to quit the game completely before you change your keyboard layout.
Try this and let me know if it works.
Oh no you need to use American US or UK English for your languages and layouts. This is a English centered game. This might actually be the problem.
Well, this is what worked for me. "X" key is on the same place on keyboard with the German layout. I've used the repellent then swiched back to Turkish Q. It's all good now.
