My favorite just in terms of how fun solving it is and how unique its special ability is the Mirror Room. Not only is the effect of getting duplicate copies of rooms in your run a neat twist to spice things up, the way you solve the room is pretty cool and when you do solve it you typically get a lot of keys or gems or food in the process (not to mention the duplicate plans). Mind you, I don't think Mirror Room is the most "practical" room, because of how it works if you just plop it down at random you can end up with a dead end room and no way to get to the items in it. But when you do get it to work it feels satisfying. 🙂

On that note, I think the easiest way to solve the mirror room is go the door directly across from the one you drafted so you could maybe solve it with only doors hooked to it instead of 4.

Aesthetically speaking? In order: Morning Room, Library, Conservatory, Ladyship's Chamber, and Den. Combination of beautiful and cozy across the board.

Mechanically speaking? Study, Drawing Room, Vestibule, Coat Check, and my upgraded Courtyard with 2 gems. Observatory gets an honorable mention provided I'm in the 40's or 80's range for star counts.

You don't think Chapel is beautiful?

Right, you don't necessarily have to literally connect to all four entrances.
