Is this item behaviour correct?

Hi, we are wondering if there is a bug or if this is the correct behaviour.

Post-Room 46 spoiler incoming:

Whenever we have the blue crown and remove a red room from the draft pool, the red room we "removed" shows up immediately again in the redraw that happens (initiated by the crown.) This is so weird to us, as we do not have two copies of any red room in our draft pool. The only thing I can think of is that there are multiple copies of the rooms to begin with, maybe that is how the rarity is created (?), and only when a red room is drafted, all copies are removed?

That's been my experience too.
I don't know if it's intended, but it's (probably) at least not a bug with your installation. More like a malfunctioning mechanic. (Or outdated text? It's possible it's no longer intended for it to remove the room from the pool.)
