Reached room 46 but didn't get the achievement.
Do I have to do something else to trigger it or am I going to have to do all that crap again?

You get the achievement when you pick up the trophy in the entrance hall the next day.

Nevermind, this is really strange. I have the achievement on my profile on my Steam Deck profile but not on my PC profile. Probably a sync thing.
