Bug while using the casino machines, can't exit screen

I was using the spin machines in the casino when I got clover and 2x and two others I don't remember (not snakes). For some reason I got 0 cash for it, but I figured if I reroll the other two maybe it'll fix itself but it didn't.

Then as I thought it was weird I couldn't exit the screen for the machine. In fact, no button I pressed seemed to have any effect (bonus spin, cash out, do a new roll, escape, lmb, rmb, you name it). I was stuck in the screen and the only option left was to alt F4, which sucked cause I had made alot of progress that run.

Seems to be a very specific bug since I have got similar results with the machine before with no issue, so I don't know what may have triggered it, but it bears looking into.

Also happened to me right after having 4 crowns. I think if you activate the lever just at the moment the money finishes banking, you're stuck. I could do a subsequent roll (it may have been clover + x2 ?), but the money wouldn't increase with my roll and I couldn't exit the machine without Alt+F4 too.
