Oh. It's... to the reservoir. That i'd already been to because of the tomb.

I expected something different... I'm sitting here asking myself 'why did I go thru all this trouble to drain the fountain and not even get any lore out of it?!' but i guess it's good to at least do it once.

now i have to figure out how to get water into the reserve tank... ugh.

You are coming from the fountain side? Why do you need to get water inte the reserv tank in that situation?

You'll need to go down there a lot, and you'll only draft the Tomb occasionally. Opening up the other routes is a necessity. Also, crossing the reservoir in the boat repeatedly has driven a lot of people here stark raving mad, so maybe it's best avoided :D

There are multiple ways down, you just happened to find two for the same side. For what it's worth it took me ages to draw, let alone unlock the tomb entrance :D

Regarding reserve tank: It isn't needed for getting to 46. It's only needed to fully drain the reservoir. Which, while you will want to do it, isn't critical right now.

And if you haven't figured it out, the reserve tank needs power from the boiler to pump in/out. Fill it up once and you'll not need to touch the reserve again.

no i mean i need to drain the reservoir and the 2 little tanks don't cut it, so i need to figure out how to activate that reserve tank.

i havent used the boat yet! but also the note says to go down, so i've been trying like mad figuring out how to go "down".

You do not want to drain the reservoir completly when you are on the fountain side.
You don't need the reserve tank at that point.

As far as the antechamber note is concerned, you're already "down". Sure, there's stuff *in* the reservoir as well, but the note is referring to something on the same level as you are now. Maybe you should figure out how to use the boat?
