BUG? - glitch to find all rooms

i believe that there is a glitch, i got the trophy of finding all the rooms, but i am still missing one. Using a certain item to remove a room from my drafting pool (the foundation) and found the room again later and got the trophy. If i am missing something please don't spoil anything to me.

So you only have 109 of the 110 rooms in your directory and yet got the Explorer's Trophy? If so, then yeah, that does sound like a bug. Might be worth reporting it if you haven't already.
