High GPU Usage

I have a Nvidia 3070 RTX, playing on Windows 10. After playing for a while my GPU usage has shot up to almost 50%. This seems unusual. Is there any way to reduce the strain?

You should only start worrying about GPU usage, when it runs at full capacity. It being at 50 % usage should be no problem.
