Is grotto bugged?

I didn't want to make a bug ticket until I confirm that it's not just me, but I don't get an "access remote terminal" option from any terminals after unlocking grotto. I just get all the same options I normally do. Is this a bug? Am I doing something wrong? Nothing I've read about grotto says I have to do anything special there to get this to work.

Am I supposed to have the terminal password by now, and it's in there?

am having same problem ive login to network but cant remote access anything. have tried from security and shelter. what am i missing?

Once you've unlocked the Blackbridge Grotto, you will be able to remote access one offline (located in a room that hasn't been drafted yet) terminal of your choice by logging into the network from any terminal and selecting remote terminal access.
