Rumpus room dissapeared?

I haven't seen this room in ages, and im dying to see what the Great Alzara has for me, but it just doesn't appear, and its rarity is common or standard iirc? Also, while trying to complete the room directory, i noticed i was missing one hall. It was pretty clear that it was the East Wing Hall, but... how didn't i found it earlier? I had to literally use dozens of redraws between dices and gems while aiming to the East Wing to make appear such an ordinary room. Is something weird happening to my game or is it intended?

And yes, i made some changes in the conservatory, but not enough yet to affect my RNG to this degree.
