Using mouse to move as well

Has there been any speak to the idea of using the mouse to move as well as maybe point and click? This game seems perfect for that. I want nothing more to be as lazy as possible and just lay my arm on my desk so I can just use the mouse to move around and also interact when needed. This game helps me doze off so nicely when I need it. It's great.
