[BUG] Unable to move camera

I tried to play this game a couple of days ago, but in my very first time opening it the game crashed afterwards all the settings got put on their lowest value every time I opened the game, even if I changed them back manually, also, upon entering the game, I couldn't move my camera at all, I tried uninstalling, deleting all the files, nothing worked, in the current state the game is completely unplayale as I can't get the blueprint from the table,, does anyone know what might be the cause of this and maybe a fix? I know a steam user by the name of Ilya or IlyaTaidi had this same issue, as they talked about it in another discussion, but they seem to have fixed it, since they, as of today may 5th, have 50 hours in the game and have played it earlier today, but they haven't shared what they did to fix it and have not answered my attempts to make contact, if anyone can help with this issue I would be very grateful

have you tried plugging in a controller?

yes, but the prolem remains, can do stuff in the menus, but can't move the camera ingame, that makes me think that it's a problem with the actual game, the only way I can think of fixing this is by messing with keybinds, but that isn't an option

I encounter the same issue, after hours of play, started from today camera movement isn't responding at all (mouse/controller) and all my save data are deleted
