Need help with (spoilers)

The tomb after the Castle puzzle. I know I need to go there at 1:30 in game with an empty inventory, including no money or keys or gems. I've also solved all the boxes, though it was on a previous run. I draft the Observatory to activate the Southern Cross but don't activate the other constellations, then make sure I consume the other starting gem. With nothing, I head down the the tomb and wait until 1:30 (the first 1:30 of the day) but nothing happens. Is there something I'm missing?

Is there any way you had items on you? That is the only thing I can think of or that you somehow had the time wrong.
