[Late Game Spoiler] Ending bug?

Just trying to reclaim Throne. Obtain a Cursed Effigy, Crown of the blueprints and Royal Scepter, but nothing happens. It seems like Scepter has been bugged and I need to take it from Tresure Trove because it is not working properly and doesn't give me consistent blackprint rooms.

In order for this to work, you need a BLUE Royal Scepter, and you need to carry all 3 items to the Throne Room. Any other colour will not trigger the reclaiming of the Throne. And yes, the Throne is a blackprint, so you need a bit of luck (since blue scepter gives you tones of blueprints), or to fix its rarity with the Conservatory.
