So I have reclaimed the throne and found the blue tent note in the throne room I already know that this "family core" thing was in the vault even before I found it, it just made the most sense with the info I was given.

Now I just want to confirm whether this solution requires me to wait for a specific date, that's all I want to know, for instance Monday February 13th would be an example.
