sometimes they are just given to you, andthey are spread out, for example there are 2, one can be found in the vault, and the other can be found in the lost and found
The OP is asking about the two that are super vague. There's 3 that are super easy, 2 that are fairly easy, and then 3 that are kind of woo woo out there.
IMO, you're starting to get to the "oh ♥♥♥♥ you" part of the puzzles. Guessing about the weather "NORMAL"? ♥♥♥♥ YOU"
A general thing on what you "do" with completing that puzzle:
the order pinboard in 46, and since the easy ones are the start and end of the order you can just try the combinations for the ones you don't know.
Some others are tied to stuff found in Classrooms and little broken sigil runes you can find scattered in a few rooms.
Finally, the Scepter item, if you can find it, blatantly matches sigil symbol to color for a bunch of them.
Overall, you can solve 7 of them with mininimal or no brute forcing at all. And the last is mostly just figuring out exactly what the nation's primary motes are.
